Harvest Time
BAR Harvest Time 六本木
Perched on an upper floor in Roppongi, BAR Harvest Time serves fresh seasonal fruit cocktails, whisked-to-order matcha drinks, and hearty dishes such as whisky-scented tarako pasta and Inaniwa udon.
01 / ABOUT THE PLACE
Step off the lift onto the 5th floor to find Harvest Time, an easygoing lounge accented with wood carvings and works of art. Alongside the counter, comfortable wooden tables and sofas offer plenty of room to unwind, backdropped by warm, hospitable service through the evening.
The drink menu offers no shortage of curiosity. Bartenders shake fresh fruit cocktails attuned to the season, whisk bowls of ceremonial green tea for bespoke matcha drinks right before your eyes, and pour barrel-aged concoctions matured in wood. For celebratory toasts, guests can even try their hand at sabrage, lopping the cork and neck cleanly off a bottle of Champagne with a ceremonial sword.
Substantial dining is another of the bar's strengths. Rather than standard pub snacks, the kitchen sends out noodles given an assertive spirited touch, including tarako cod-roe spaghetti touched with whisky and Bowmore-scented mentaiko Inaniwa udon. Those seeking comforting pub staples can turn to a demiglace-topped hamburg steak or keema curry, keeping both drinkers and hungry late-night diners satisfied.
On select evenings, live acoustic performances and intimate musical sets fill the room. The bar stays open until 3:00 from Monday through Saturday, making an advance reservation a smooth route into a relaxed night out, whether arriving solo or in company.
